2. MASTER PLAN & WORKING DRAWINGS, PREPARING BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ’S)
Our team of Engineers and Architects are apt in presenting a Master Plan. The Master Plan will synchronize with the concept of the Project. This ensures the variables of activities, ecology, and proximity to raw materials for the project, structural planning, and overview of services in the project are well considered. The planning will consider optimum land use and its correct utilization including building and machinery. The Master Plan will work as a guide to the designers and engineers to further the Working drawings of a project. Mega projects may use urban planning and Institutional development in the locality. In our Master Plan, we offer a long term perspective of a project with its defined guidelines. Our team of expert engineers and architects design the working drawings for the project after evaluation of the Master Plan. The working drawings would include: architectural drawings, structural drawings, civil drawings, mechanical drawings, plumbing drawings, electrical & electronics, landscape, HVAC, Interiors. Our engineers and architects also specialize with distinction in Town and Urban Planning. Depending upon the style of project, the drawings are presented in axonometric views for the benefit of understanding. Once the design is completed and its exact parameters finalized, our team assists in preparing the Bill of Quantities detailing the estimates and requirements of materials, labour, machinery, repairs and other items that could be required for tendering.
3. GREEN BUILDING & ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY MODELING

We use this simulation tool to assist the maximum conservation, thus the design of the building is framed accordingly.
